Based on my experience, you should be able to get around 8 visitors per free time, so it should take roughly 13 free times to get the achievement. Keep doing this during every free time until the achievement has been unlocked. After a couple of seconds, go and sit back down to have another person come, and repeat the process. When you sit down on the chair, wait for the person to come up and as soon as the meter rises in the snapped achievements, stand up and walk away. This is best done with achievements snapped.
